Dr Wakabi-Waiswa is seasoned ICT professional and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science, distinction Master’s degree in Computer Science, a Graduate Diploma in Leadership Development in ICT for the Knowledge Society, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science, and an Upper Second Bachelor’s degree in Statistics. He is also certified in a wide range of thematic areas including Monitoring and Evaluation, Virtualization, Network Administration, information Security Management System (ISMS) and Business Continuity, and Professional/Legal Issues in Information Technology.
